Category of One Enterprise Strategy™
A Private Workshop: The Missing Layer Between Enterprise Sales And Enterprise Growth
Over the last few months, I’ve been working on something that has fundamentally changed the way I think about enterprise growth.
For more than 30 years, my work has focused on helping companies understand how enterprise organisations actually evaluate, justify and approve major buying decisions.
At the same time, Dr. Chetan Walia has spent years helping businesses become the obvious choice through his Category of One™ methodology.
As we began working together, we realised something interesting.
Most enterprise businesses focus almost entirely on improving how they sell.
Very few spend enough time understanding how enterprise buyers actually buy.
And even fewer ask the question:
Why do buyers ultimately choose one business over another when several appear equally capable?
Those are two completely different strategic problems.
One is about understanding the enterprise buying decision.
The other is about becoming the preferred choice once you’re in the room.
When we combined both perspectives, we discovered opportunities, positioning shifts and commercial strategies that neither methodology would have uncovered independently.
The result is something we’ve called Category of One Enterprise Strategy™.
It’s a private 90-minute strategic intensive where we apply two complementary strategic systems directly to your business.
Not to review your sales process.
Not to critique your marketing.
But to redesign how enterprise buyers evaluate—and ultimately choose—you.
We’re currently running a limited number of these sessions as part of a private pre-launch.
There is no cost during this phase.
We’re simply looking to work with a small number of businesses, apply the methodology, gather feedback and continue refining the experience before making it publicly available.
If your business depends on winning larger clients, navigating complex buying decisions, or becoming the obvious choice in competitive enterprise markets, I’d love to invite you to learn more.
