Is There a Better Business Inside Your Current Business?
Many established companies have more opportunity inside their current business than they realize.
The opportunity is not always a new product, more sales activity, or a better version of the same offer. Sometimes it comes from taking a fresh look at what the business is truly capable of solving, who will value that solution most, and how it should be positioned commercially.
For companies selling into healthcare, this can be especially important. A training program, consulting engagement, technology solution, clinical service, or operational capability may have greater strategic value than the current offer and price point reflect.
It may be possible to create a business with:
Bigger clients.
Larger deals.
Better economics.
Less competition.
That does not happen simply by selling harder.
It happens when something more fundamental changes in what the business is asking the market to buy.
A $5,000 training program may become a $100,000-plus strategic proposition. A $10,000 to $20,000 consulting engagement may open a conversation at the $1 million level. A $150,000 contract may become a $500,000-plus opportunity when it addresses a larger executive priority, reaches the right buyer, or becomes part of a broader solution.
On September 4, I am joining Dr. Chetan Walia for a live 60-minute Zoom session to explore this question:
Is there a better business inside your current business?
We will discuss how we look for these opportunities, where they tend to exist, and how one strategic shift can change several parts of a business at once, including the buyer, deal size, economics, competitive position, and growth potential.
This will be a practical strategic exploration for established business owners, consultants, and leaders who are ready to look beyond incremental growth.
